Background Information
Warren Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center is a surgeon-owned and operated practice that is dedicated to providing exceptional surgical care. The practice was founded in 2004 by Dr. Daniel Sullivan, who saw an opportunity to improve the conventionally unpleasant surgical experience. Our staff strives to redefine the patient experience by keeping the patients at the heart of our practice. We strongly believe that providing empathetic and compassionate care is equally as important as providing the highest quality comprehensive surgical care.

Our state-of-the-art surgical suite is outfitted with the latest cutting-edge technology, which allows us to confidently maximize treatment results while simultaneously providing the least invasive, yet most precise care possible. Everything in the office was specifically designed to optimize patient comfort and help soothe any anxiety. We pride ourselves on being attentive and as accommodating as possible to meet each of our patient’s needs.
Warren Oral Surgery is centrally located near I-78. Our current patient-friendly schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please note that we work very diligently to accommodate same-day emergencies!!

About Our Staff
As you may or may not know, oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training following completion of dental school. Sullivan, Aramphongphan, Awadallah, Bae and Zambetti specialize in a number of issues relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. Our doctors utilize techniques that minimize surgical intervention and optimize patient comfort.
They diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures, and practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Our specialties include wisdom teeth removal, extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, general anesthesia, and intravenous (IV) sedation, and other oral surgical procedures.
Warren Oral Surgery’s surgical staff is composed of experienced and certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants and trained registered nurses (RN).
Our surgical team assists our surgeons during surgery and helps administer IV sedation. All of our staff is well versed in health and insurance policies, is CPR certified, and works diligently to help our patients have the best experience possible.
Our staff is especially attentive- not only do they continuously monitor patients during and after surgery, but they make it a point to personally check in with each patient following their surgery. It’s clear that our team loves what they do!
